Title: Learning and Development Program Manager
Location: San Jose, CA
Contract: 3+months (renewed quarterly)
Learning and Development Program Manager.
Lead and complete large-scale, business-driven training projects.Communicate with stakeholders and customers to determine their needs or requirements.Manage process for development, design, and deployment of training. Implement improved business processes or solutions to meet stakeholder expectations.Assist with budgeting and financial status reports. Track and report training completion metrics. 3 years of experience are required.
-Candidates should have large amt of experience in Program mgmt
-Secondarily in learning and development skills
-Must have above average capability to use both MS Powerpoint and MS Excel.
-Strong communication skills-will be in communication with various levels of management
-Healthcare or Compliance experience is a plus
Preference is for candidates that are on the East Coast
Interviews will be Webex, potentially in-person(for local candidates)
