Change Management Consultant position in Columbus, OHIO area
Prefer Full-Time Employee, including assisted relocation, but will consider working with a contractor.

REQUIRED:
· Change Management - Consulting Services experience, particularly Big 4,
· Experience working at Fortune 500 companies
· ProSci's Change Management Methodology (how long? Where?) [certified when?],
· Business Analysis certification (when?)
· PMP- certified w/PMI (since when? How long?)
· Minimum of 8 years experience in executing change management activities on ERP and business driven projects
· Solid business consulting experience leading large scale organizational change initiatives; Prefer those coming from large consulting company
· Experience and confidence in advising customers at all levels of the organization
· Excellent written and oral communication skills;
· Experience with supporting and fostering effective communications with large, complex organizations
· Ability to deal with ambiguity
· Effective project management skills;
· Ability to create a project plan, track tasks according to dates, scope, and budget
· EDUCATION: Masters degree in Organizational Design (OD), Organizational Effectiveness, Change Management or related field of study.
