This is a REMOTE opportunity- working with a F500 company, based out of Morrisville, NC.
Our client is looking to add a Marketing Analyst to work on a variety of digital marketing campaigns (web, email, mobile) and general digital engagement analysis across consumer marketing channels. We are seeking someone who can start with a business question and gather data and insights from a variety of sources.
Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
• Analyzing the results of online (web, mobile, email) campaigns: (how well did we execute, what happened, how well are we gathering data, how do we improve the web site user experience?)
• Provide analysis and recommendations based on site feedback and surveys
• Lead generation and e-commerce conversion analysis
• Sentiment analysis – customer satisfaction/preferences
• Campaign analysis at the brand-level (existing and new categories)
• Develop best practices for ad hoc and real time reporting
• Deep-dive reporting for answers that drive business decisions
