Elance is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to develop Elance's program for managing inbound and outbound commercial agreements. You will be responsible for overseeing the successful development of a program for negotiating and managing outbound sales contracts and performing initial reviews and analyses of inbound service and vendor agreements. You will also be responsible for corporate compliance filings. You will work closely with the Elance legal department, the enterprise sales team, and Elance's global enterprise solutions and services teams.
In this role, you will:
•Directly manage inbound and outbound contracts;
•Develop, grow and manage Elance contracts management team;
•Be part of the team that designs new contract management processes for Elance;
•Implement and maintain primary responsibility for our contract management tools;
•Manage Elance corporate filings across states and internationally
To win in this role, you need:
•Experience in a contracts management role;
•Corporate paralegal experience a plus;
•Working knowledge of standard legal clauses in commercial agreements;
•Ability and desire to work independently;
•Entrepreneurial spirit backed by a craftsperson´s love of and attention to detail;
•Laser focus on getting the job done;
•Direct experience negotiating with vendors and / or customers preferred;
