We seek a Marketing Communications Specialist with demonstrated online marketing experience to join our fast paced team. In this role, the Marcom Specialist will partner with the marketing team to coordinate and execute multiple projects and logistical marcom functions.

This position is full-time and reports to the Director of Marketing Communications.
Job summary:
The Marketing Communications Specialist works on the coordination and implementation of marcom programs including: event logistics, collateral material development, search marketing, media planning coordination, PR and social media.
Specific responsibilities may include:
* Developing collateral material (data sheets, white papers, application briefs, PowerPoint presentations)
* Coordinating logistics for events: tradeshows, conferences, webinars, and sales meetings
* Lead distribution and reporting in Salesforce.com
* Integrating social media with campaigns
* Creating and maintaining a set of measureable metrics and best practices across marketing programs
Job Requirements
* BA/BS degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or Business Administration
* 2 years’ experience in B2B Marketing or combination of education and experience
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Highly organized, detail oriented
* Able to work under tight deadlines with minimal supervision
* Proficiencies in Salesforce.com and email systems i.e.; ExactTarget
* Strong proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and Google AdWords
The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with demonstrated prior experience in grasping business and product concepts with cross-functional teams and generating measurable results.
