IT’S MORE THAN A JOB!  Kelly OCG, a division of Kelly Services is looking for a Quality Auditor.  You will be a critical part of the recruiting process, ensuring the recruiting team is presenting qualified candidates to our clients.  You will also be responsible for driving business commitments such as service level agreements (SLAs), compliance, diversity and quality.

**This can be a virtual opportunity that can be located anywhere in the United States.

Duties

·         Conducts audits of recruiting documentation and candidate presentation materials to ensure accuracy and effectiveness

·         Maintains accountability to achieve individual audit targets and goals, as defined by the client

·         Interfaces with the Recruiting Team

·         Consults with client Recruiting Manager and outlines areas of concerns that may interfere with meeting SLAs/metrics/quality expectations

·         Maintains accountability for quality metrics

·         Ensures process accuracy/compliance with legal and client regulations

·         Develops understanding of client culture to ensure best candidate selection

·         Manages expectations appropriately

 

Duties, Qualifications and Experience

Technical

·         Proven success in quality recruiting projects

·         Executes accurate data capture and real time reporting on key staffing metrics in client’s ATS

·         Effectively utilizes problem solving and root cause analysis skills

 

Professional

·         Quickly evaluates and prioritize tasks in a high volume recruiting environment

·         Process driven; experience communicating status throughout the recruiting process

·         Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills

·         Demonstrates the ability to work with challenging and demanding clients and adapt to change quickly

·         Identifies and resolves potential challenges and risks then engages in proper escalation procedure

·         Drives results in a positive and professional manner in a deadline-oriented environment

 

Experience and Education Requirements

·         Recruiting experience in a corporate environment

·         Bachelor’s Degree preferred
