o Demand generation
o Conceive and execute demand generation programs to get qualified prospects for the sales team. Key metric will be the quality and quantity of qualified prospects generated with allocated budget
o Support partner marketing activities
o Market to and with existing clients
o Rigorously analyze and optimize demand generation programs
o Other marketing activities
o Work with the sales team to find customer references
o Work with corporate marketing team to publish case studies
o Pitch case studies and thought leadership to targeted media to generate press coverage
o Collaborate closely with sales and alliances teams to drive revenue
Requirements:
o 5-8 years of experience and proven track record of success in demand generation for B2B software in North America market
o Traditional and digital marketing experience required
o Experience and context in customer engagement, CRM, customer service management, ebusiness, social, knowledge management or contact center software space highly desirable
o Outstanding communication skills – verbal, written, and collaborative.
o Undergraduate degree required. Specialization in marketing or business administration preferred.
