[KITlist] CONTR: Business Development and Recruiting Operations Manage (San Francisco, CA)

This short-term role is responsible for daily business development operations which include lead generation, CRM system management, marketing operations, metrics and management reporting, COO support and compensation administration. Additionally, this role is responsible for process improvement coordination and implementation, and the metrics and management reporting for the recruiting operation. The Business Development and Recruiting Operations Manager reports to the Chief Operating Officer, and has matrix responsibility to the Vice President of Consulting and Placement Services (recruiting).

Responsibilities:

- Support and sustain a successful lead generation program that supports the generation and growth of business across the existing and new account BD team.

- Define, track, analyze and report BD and recruiting metrics to the BD and recruiting teams and management team on a frequent basis.

- Manage and administer BD and Recruiting team commissions payments and reporting.

- Manage and support the tracking of technical challenges for the BD team.

- Manage bi-weekly BD/Recruiting operations meeting working collaboratively with Recruiting and BD management team to define and implement operations and process improvements and ongoing training across both teams.

- Manage ongoing BD weekly operations including BD meeting preparation and follow up, and support BD team members as necessary.

- Work with COO on ad hoc strategic projects to advance the operations of the BD and Recruiting teams.

- Manage and mentor a team of 2 individuals.

Experience and skills required:

- Must have at least 2 years of experience in operations management, management reporting and assessment, and lead generation

- Ability to manage multiple diverse projects at the same time

- Highly detail oriented with proven accuracy in work product

- Enjoys working with numbers and systems

- Calm, collaborative demeanor able to work within tight timelines and with team members across the company

- Advanced Excel skills required

- Systems migration and social media/general marketing experience a plus
