The Sage Group is looking for a Program Manager to work with our client, a leading Pharmaceutical Distribution company in San Francisco. This person will help optimize processes for new pharmacies looking to join our client's innovative independent pharmacy franchise program.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end development and implementation of automation programs to improve enrollment and management process.
- Define resources needed across departments and set milestones to launch initiatives.
- Work cross-functionally with stakeholders to drive projects to completion.
- Collaborate with pharmacists to better understand what kinds of initiatives will improve franchise program performance.
Skills Required
- 5-7 years of experience in Program Management
- Ability to lead multi-functional teams and communicate well with stakeholders to move projects along
- Ability to translate SME's insights into structured, actionable plan
- Experience working within multiple verticals and horizontals
- Extensive experience with Marketo and Microsoft Office
- Critical thinking with attention to detail
Skills Preferred
- Understanding of metrics and dashboards
- Experience working at top-tier strategy consulting firms
