[KITlist] Sr. Program Manager (East Bay, Ca)

The Sage Group is looking for a Program Manager to develop and enable transformational changes that will ultimately reduce the use of paper and postage for our client, a premiere financial services company in the East Bay. Working cross functionally, you will be responsible for driving several initiatives to meet the goals of a digital paperless process.

Responsibilities:

-Evaluate all proposed options to develop an integrated program that will significantly reduce paper usage.

- Lead end-to-end development and implementation of initiatives.

- Managing different work streams across several teams and business units and act as liaison between teams.

- Oversee cross divisional efforts at the highest level and potentially lead your own divisional efforts.

Skills Required:

- 10-15 years of program management experience

- PMP experience preferred

- Experience working with a diverse group within a large organization

- Ability to drive a project in a collaborative manner

- Microsoft office and Microsoft project a must

Skills Preferred:

- Financial institution experience preferred
- Program experience in paperless statement initiatives preferred

Timing: 3-6 months
Start: September 30 or sooner
Location: East Bay
