We are currently working with a well-respected, International client located in Milwaukee to hire a "Senior Employee Benefits Manager".
This position is responsible for the oversight of retirement plans for over 14,000 active employees.
The successful candidate will be responsible for management of all the U.S. retirement plans (includes qualified U.S. defined benefit pension plans, qualified defined contribution plans, non-qualified defined benefit plans, non-qualified defined contribution plans.
Qualifications:
? Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance or Actuarial Science; MBA, CEBS, or other applicable professional certification is desirable
? Defined Benefit Actuarial Consulting Experience Required; Actuarial Certification a plus
? 7-10 years of retirement plan experience with increasing levels of responsibility
? Strong technical aptitude and experience leading strategic evaluation of retirement plans
? Must have extensive Defined Benefit Plan background and union negotiation support experience
? Experience consistently managing multiple workflows utilizing both internal and external resources
? Ability to effectively communicate with range of individuals from plan participants to executive leadership
? Understanding of impact retirement programs have on organizational cash flow and accounting results
? Strong knowledge of Qualified and Non-Qualified Retirement Plan regulations and legislation (U.S. focus with International knowledge a plus)
? Understanding of Defined Contribution design features
? Experience working with data management systems; experience working with payroll systems a plus
Relocation to Milwaukee is available for the right candidate. The target base salary is $120,000 plus an annual bonus based on company performance.
