The Sage Group is looking for a Program Manager to work with our client, a leading Pharmaceutical Distribution company in San Francisco. This person will work with SME and stakeholders across departments to develop and drive processes to support our client's innovative independent pharmacy franchise program.
Responsibilities:
- Define resources needed across departments and set milestones to launch initiatives.
- Take ownership of initiatives and work cross-functionally with stakeholders to drive projects to completion.
- Promote awareness of industry changes that impact the independent pharmacies and their competitors.
- Work with pharmacists to better understand what kinds of initiatives will improve franchise program performance.
- Assess management system's flexibility and applicability to different participating franchises.
Skills Required
- 5-7 years of experience in Program Management
- Ability to lead multi-functional teams and communicate well with stakeholders to move projects along
- Ability to translate SME's insights into structured, actionable plan
- Experience working within multiple verticals and horizontals
- Extensive experience with Excel and PowerPoint
- Critical thinking with attention to detail
Skills Preferred
- Understanding of metrics and dashboards
- Experience working at top-tier strategy consulting firms
