The Sage Group is looking for a Sr. Program Manager, Process Improvement for a leading virtualization software company located on the Peninsula. This position will be responsible for making a big impact in a growing company creating a legacy that will affect thousands of people worldwide.
Responsibilities Include:
- Lead process improvement for new product range across all lines of business.
- Take existing process and redefine, recreate and launch template globally optimizing strengths and making adjustments as needed..
- Work cross-functionally with internal lines of business.
- Document and train stakeholders on improvement process.
Skills Required:
- Minimum 8+ years' experience governance process improvement and management
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to work in a fast moving ever changing environment
- Advanced proficiency and comfort-level working in a SaaS environment
- Full lifecycle management experience
Skills Preferred:
- Agile methodology and scrum process
- PMP Certified
- Global and field experience
Timing: 8-10 months
Start: 11/4/2013
