Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is seeking a part-time Marketing Project Manager. The Marketing Project Manager will be responsible for management of a sales enablement program— operated out of Field Marketing—supporting five Field Marketing Managers in the development and execution of sales kits that enable our clients' Sales teams to accelerate the sales cycle. The Manager will also be responsible for capturing and reporting metrics from the marketing program.
The Marketing Project Manager must have excellent project management and communications skills. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator with knowledge of Field and Sales organizations.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Field Marketing Managers to discuss program objectives and determine program schedule
Manage weekly program meetings including agenda management, meeting facilitation and dissemination of tasks and responsibilities
Project manage program calendar, timelines and communications for creative and reporting
Manage process, communications and timelines for the loading of sales leads into Salesforce by working cross functionally with stakeholders from multiple departments
Gather content and information from Field Marketing Managers and ensure messaging consistency throughout the program
Collaborate with Demand Marketing lead on contact acquisition for each program to ensure lists are requested and delivered on-time for Sales team
Manage program communications with multiple Sales teams, Field Marketing team and necessary departments feeding into the program
Develop targeted overview material and content kit for each sales campaign by working cross-functionally with various organizations and vendors for content and creative (varies per program)
Manage procurement of data and timelines for each campaign working cross-functionally with stakeholders
Schedule and execute all logistics of training sessions: Gather content for training deck, write and manage execution of all communications about training (4-6 webinar trainings per quarter)
Manage metric reporting process including developing the report to capture metrics from program performance, and develop summary report for stakeholders
Ad-hoc client-facing marketing communications projects and programs as needed
Skills:
5-7 years of marketing experience and demonstrated project management skills. Experience developing and executing Field Sales training or Sales enablement programs preferred.
Experience hosting webinars and using conferencing tools
Ability to write/manage execution of internal communications, aggregating content and necessary program information from multiple sources
Excellent project management skills: Manage/execute logistics of training programs, PMP certification a plus
Experience with capturing and reporting program metrics
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Adept at working within a fast-paced, client-facing, ever-changing environment
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and working knowledge of Salesforce.com preferred
Experience with Adobe Acrobat PDF portfolios is preferred; Adobe Connect and InDesign a plus
BS/BA in Business , Marketing, Communications, or related field required
RATE: D.O.E., as W-2 employee of Crawford Group
LOCATION: 2-3 days onsite in downtown San Jose, CA, remainder remote/virtual/WFH/telecommute. No phone calls, please.
HOURS/DURATION: Must have flexibility to accommodate 25-32 hours per week, Monday-Friday, standard business hours, ASAP - ongoing.
