[KITlist] CONTR: Co-Op Channel Program Manager (Remote, California)

As part of Crimson's Channels & Partners Services, Consultant needed to support roll out a new channel incentive platform for an enterprise level company. The objective of this effort is to provide a single interface for our client's channel partners to efficiently manage incentive program funds.

Project responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
• Project manage system transition and training activities for key distributor accounts
• Revise program guidelines to align with new systems capabilities/requirements
• Analyze program data and recommend future program improvements
• Develop field communication process for field to inform distributors of process/program/systems changes and rollout timing
• Create field and distributor systems transition training materials

Must Have:
• 5-7 years working in a channel and/or partner program management role for a leading technology company
• Recent experience developing, implementing and managing large scale co-op channel programs
• Experience working cross functionally in a highly, complex matrix organization
• Excellent presentation development and delivery skills


STRONGLY PREFER:
• Experience developing and delivering training materials highlighting process and program guidelines for channel focused programs


Duration: 6-8 weeks, (potential to develop into a long-term opportunity)
Location: Remote/Full time - West Coast time zone
