Position – Business Analyst
Location – San Jose, CA
Duration – 6 months +
Business Analyst will serve as a point of contact for the sales crediting team. They will focus on analyzing different data sources to make sense of the data. They will form business partnerships with a number of Business Units and contribute to robust, cross-functional deliverables. They will apply financial aptitude, sense of urgency and influencing skills to maximize Account Manager sales credits.
Day to day operations involve sales operation activities with geographic sales crediting groups. This includes daily funds transfers and non-standard issue resolution. On-going process streamlining is required to scale to increasing reseller and product coverage. Projects range from short-term self developed operational enhancements to months long process development and system enhancements.
Requirements
• Experience with tracking and reporting of multi-year booking deals globally
• Experience working with sales analysts to validate and adjusts commissions reporting
• Experience documenting and communicating program requirements
• Experience with managing projects to revamp systems to include training
• Business Process - Six Sigma/DMAIC
• Develop and Deliver assessment to Clients
• IT Project Portfolio Management
• Experience with establishing templates for new business models
• Sales or Finance experience
• Reporting, Metrics, Data Analysis, Financial Analysis
• Sales Issue Resolution
• Excellent Communication Skills
Education
Must have a BS Degree, MBA Preferred
