Position – Director of Sales Operations
Location – San Jose, CA
Duration – 6 months +
Director of Sales Operations will build the roadmap for the sales operations team. Provide and organize business processes (systems enhancements, improvements). They will focus on analyzing the current overall sales operations and help create sales ops infrastructure. This includes building the necessary tools to have a successful organization.
Requirements
• Experience with building roadmap for Sales Operations
• Experience working with sales, finance and IT to organized business process
• Experience creating Sales Operations infrastructures including building tools
• Experience with Business Objects and Data Warehousing
• Business Process - Six Sigma/DMAIC
• IT Project Portfolio Management
• Experience with establishing templates for new business models
• Management background - Sales Issue Resolution
• Excellent Communication Skills
Education
Must have a BS Degree, MBA Preferred
