Position Description
We´re looking for a Director of Operations to lead the team responsible for order processing and fulfillment. You´ll need to be good at implementing new processes, harnessing technology and hiring great people. We want an experienced process innovator with excellent leadership and project management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of all orders, worldwide
- Create and adapt processes that ensure the highest level of service to our customers
- Expand systems integration with distribution and channel partners
- Expand worldwide fulfillment operations
- Leverage technology offerings to streamline order processing, fulfillment and reverse logistics
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 5 years experience with increasing responsibility in high tech operations with responsibility over order operations, fulfillment, and business IT systems
- Exceptional business acumen with analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a changing, growing environment
- MBA or similar graduate degree is preferred
