HRIS Development in Northern NJ
Overview of Position:
• Maintain the content in Plateau, put it on the server, test it and generate links – 25%
• Dealing with escalations/trouble-shooting etc. – 10%
• Assist with projects and customizations around Plateau such as run/configure custom reports, republish courses and troubleshoot courses where necessary, create a testing strategy for all courses and organize volunteer testers in affected sites, work with other IT groups where necessary to ensure that their IT environments are correctly configured in terms of plug-ins, Java versions etc. – 25%
• Must work with external vendors and be the point of contact for them to test materials on the LMS. – 5%
• Maintain and administer Plateau write assessments, ensure that desktop configurations are correct, create user accounts (backup lead administrator). – 20%
• Provide support to users on an ad hoc basis. This entails running reports, assistance with registrations, PINs and passwords as well as general help questions (backup lead administrator). – 15%
• Maintain paper records where appropriate and record in Plateau (record external training events, contractor training, collect resumes on an annual basis etc.) (support lead administrator).

Requirements:
To support the Plateau system in terms of trouble-shooting and administrator support you must have:
• A BS Degree and 2-4 yrs HRIS support for a Talent Management System
• Have an in-depth knowledge of the following authoring tools: Lectora, Flash,
Captivate, Camtasia, Flypaper, Articulate, Plateau Question Editor and Questionmark.
• To provide back-up coverage for the Lead Plateau administrator and to provide more Plateau "super-user" technical expertise.
