Sr Project/Program Technical Manager ( Local Candidates Please) Individual must have a solid track record in deployment/ logistics/ and project management



Project Manager

The EcoFactor Project Manager position is a hands-on team member that will run day-to-day operations for the implementation of the company's large scale deployments. In addition to coordination, a qualified candidate will also have the skills to roll up their sleeves and get the job done.

Partner Management

Responsible for planning, development, implementations and management of all partner programs

Manages day-to-day client/partner interactions

Develops strong, lasting relationships with client/partner personnel that foster client ties.

Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions

Develop, support and build business plans for ongoing partner programs

Build and champion adoption of best practices throughout the organization

Ensure scalability, repeatability and adaptability of the partner on-boarding process to enable efficient and effective global expansion over time

Working in collaboration with engineering, marketing, business development and product management teams, you will serve as a key driver to expanding and launching our partner programs

Project /Practice Management

Solid background in leading complex cross-company, external-facing projects, managing relationships across functional groups to accomplish shared goals, and deriving insight from operational and business analysis

Creates and executes Program work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.

Identifies resources needed and executes.

Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.

Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.

Business Development

Identifies business development and "add-on" sales opportunities as they relate to a specific project.

Technical Understanding

Possesses general understanding in the areas of application programming, system design and supply chain management.

Understands Internet, Intranet, cloud computing and client/server architectures.

Preparation of plan materials including:

Research installation issues and develop customer specific resolutions.

Skills

The Partner Program Manager must have good understanding of the project management process and have hands-on experience managing software deployments

Thrive on building long-term, sustainable and successful win-win partnerships

Highly organized with solid project management skills and the proven ability to drive multiple priorities successfully to closure on time and within budget in a fast paced, start-up environment

Ability to manage multiple concurrent partner programs

Ability to collaborate effectively internally & externally across functional and organizational boundaries to gain alignment on strategy and tactics

The ideal candidate is a creative, demonstrated leader whose management style is founded in collaboration. The job requires excellent technical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Requirements include:

5+ years of experience in managing highly complex projects

Proficiency in project management and office software

Excellent business communication, facilitation, writing, and interpersonal skills Demonstrated analysis/ assessment capabilities

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
