Business Analyst with Healthcare exp

Healthcare experience a must.
Looking for a Business Analyst to write requirements, - need healthcare experience
MBA degree related to Information Technology or equivalent work experience
Minimum of five plus years? experience in software development specific to requirements and/or testing in healthcare
Knowledge of Trizetto Facets suite of applications or similar claims adjudication system
Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle processes and procedures
Excellent communication, problem solving and decision-making skills coupled with the ability to work successfully in a team environment
Ability to translate complex concepts in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiences
Ability to define solutions to complex request and problems through research and analysis
Proven experience in creating detailed documentation including, but not limited to System Use Case Specifications, System Mapping Documents, Diagrams, Business Rules Document and Story Boards
Ability to create complex test scenarios, traceability matrices and test data
Extensive understanding and application of principles, concepts and techniques related to business process design and IT systems development
Serves as the conduit between the customer community (internal and external customers) and the software development team through which requirements flow
HIPAA Transactions
Knowledge of at least one defect management process
Experience with a requirement management tool
Knowledgeable in at least one database preferably SQL Server
Demonstrated ability developing queries for data extraction using SQL
Proven ability to understand large-scale relational data models
Excellent PC skills including Word, Excel, Power Point, Ms Access and Ms Project
Ability to read XML and/or X12 formats
