The Role: Customer Service Representative/Marketing Assistant
The Location: Midland, TX
Our company, Envirocon Technologies, is on the forefront of the gsustainable living movementh. We manufacture innovative and sustainable household cleaning products that work. Our continued growth has prompted us to search for a creative and outgoing Customer Service Representative and Marketing Assistant to serve on the front lines of our company.
What will I be doing?
The Customer Service Representative and Marketing Assistant will be the first point of contact for customer service and will be responsible for fielding all customer service related questions (both online and via phone). They will also build out our customer service department over time.
In addition, the Customer Service Representative and Marketing Assistant will have the opportunity to work with the Chief Marketing Officer to assist with executing the companyfs marketing efforts including driving the companyfs social media endeavors. The selected candidate will be exposed to high level marketing campaigns and have the opportunity to provide creative insight.
What skills & qualifications do I need?
œ You have a minimum of a high school diploma
œ You have one or more years of experience in the customer service field
œ You are a total rock star in our eyes if you have had a marketing internship, have worked in a previous customer service role, or marketing analyst role on your resume
œ You have a stellar phone presence and can convey a professional yet empathic demeanor
œ You are a people pleaser and love to help customers and co-workers alike
œ You are completely gtype Ah and love to stay on top of things (i.e. take initiative, think on your feet, make decisions without direction, prioritize, etc.)
œ You have the ability to write grammatically correct marketing and social media pieces
œ Your creative juices flow long after the cook has left the kitchen
œ You consider yourself a professional Tweeter, advanced Facebook user and ultra cool blogger
œ You have excellent project management skills and can juggle multiple tasks at one time
