The Role: ERP Account Executive
The Location: Carrollton (Dallas area), TX

Aztec Systems, an award-winning company providing high-impact business technology solutions is searching for an experienced salesperson to join our amazing team as a new ERP Account Executive. The ERP Account Executive will be responsible for selling ERP software solutions to mid-market clients within their defined territory. They will achieve revenue goals and objectives by identifying opportunities, building relationships with key executives and closing those opportunities. Our people and our clients are our top priorities and as a growing company, successful employees can hope to grow within the organization.

What an ideal partner looks like:

œ You have a Bachelorfs Degree in business, marketing, communications or a related field
œ You have two or more years of successful ERP sales experience with software such as Epicore, Navision, Great Plains, People Soft or other ERP software
œ Your experience and understanding of financial accounting based software is a plus
œ Your working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics products (GP, NAV, CRM, SL, SharePoint) is an added bonus
œ Your are an excellent listener with great communication and presentation skills
œ You have an astounding natural business acumen
œ You are comfortable with cold calling, networking, prospecting and can handle rejection
œ You are engaging and have the ability to build rapport with key decision makers and turn those relationships into successful sales
œ You have an outstanding work ethic, excellent time-management skills and can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high pressure environment
