Domain Skills
• Experience in working for Healthcare Broker/Producer subject areas, including Experience with Commissions, Broker services, Pay Cycle, Sales Incentive Compensation Principles, etc.
• Ability to translate high-level healthcare business needs into detailed use cases
• Understanding of Data Modeling concepts, with experience in working on Healthcare based Logical Data Models
• Experienced Helathcare Commissions concept
• Knowledge in Callidus-Truecomp Product
• Must have Health care domain knowledge
Technology Skills
• Understanding of Data Warehousing concepts including ETL & BI
• Working knowledge of at least one ETL & BI tool available in the market, preferably Informatica
• Knowledge of working in Relational Database (Oracle) & SQL skills
• Experience in working on Application/System Architecture documents
• Must have Callidus Truecomp expertise, preferably Data Integration Specialist
Functional Skills
• Should have a detailed understanding of the software development life cycle and related documentation, which includes Design Specifications and Test Plan/Case Document
• Experience in Creating GAP ANALYSIS and process flow diagrams (Visio or similar)
• Experience in developing test cases for SIT & UAT phases
Other Skills
• Good Documentation Capability
• Requires the ability to communicate at multiple levels within the organization
• Data Analysis skills and Report Writing skills
• Knowledge of MS-Office tools like Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Visio and Outlook
