Senior Software Engineer (Local Candidates Please) Very strong in distributive systems/multi-threaded C++

Work within the agile software development process with one week sprints
Sr. Software Engineer
Ideal candidate has a 5+ years of experience in software development
Must be intelligent and creative, and appreciate creativity from others
Individual must have superb coding skills C++
Background working with either Unix or Linux is essential for this role
Experience in multi-threaded, distributed, systems is also a key element for this role
Strong TCP/IP skills are a plus
