| In this position, the individual will be responsible for development software tools to debug, test and diagnostic to identify the COEM RMA's (Customer Return Material) failure root cause. The individual will coordinate with various groups of Design, Device, Reliability, and PFA to perform this task. The individual will manage to develop test methodologies based on NAND Flash known issues and based on Customer Testing Flow (limited information provided from Customer), based on the extreme worst case patterns to detect customer failure(s). The individual will also be responsible for debugging and failure analysis on various kind of package type i.e. LGA, TSOP…providing test solutions for production memory test to improve the memory quality. This position requires a BS in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 7 years cross functional product design experience and good understanding Flash Memory. MS in Electrical Engineering preferred. The individual must also have strong knowledge of digital electronics and circuits and should have a good working knowledge of various bench systems (i.e. oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and meters). The ideal individual must have proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment. The ideal individual should have experience in integrating hardware and software components to deliver final good result. The individual must be self-motivated and self-directed, however, must have also demonstrated ability to work well with people and have a proven desire to work as a team member, both on the same team and outside of the team. Familiarity with various tester platforms such as Advantest, Teradyne, NextTest and programming language such as C, C++, and Perl Scripting is a plus.
