I can get an immediate interview and if the person is strong enough on creating builds and has strong Websphere knowledge.
Required:
Must be strong in creating builds and deployments from scratch
Must be strong with Websphere
Be able to troubleshoot builds
Strong in ANT scripting
Experience with versioning tools—any of these, Anthill Pro, Cruise Control, Hudson, etc
