Our client is looking for a senior level recruiter for their Houston market to recruit for offshore professionals in the oil & gas / engineering space.
To be considered as a candidate, you must have been a successful full life cycle recruiter for a minimum of 3 years in the EPC or oil & gas staffing industry. If you have worked technology and have been one of the top recruiters for your office, you might be considered; but oil & gas and/or engineer staffing experience is preferred. You will work directly with the client managers and other appropriate entities to ensure that each requisition is processed in an efficient and effective manner.
You will also be responsible for maximizing local, regional, and national recruiting resources such as networking and candidate referral bonus, classified advertising, Internet, job fairs, and strategic partnerships with organizations with access to educated, skilled individuals.
Candidates should possess excellent probing/questioning/interviewing skills and have experience in customer relations, negotiations, project management, technical skill qualification, sourcing, Internet recruitment, project staffing, supplement staffing, and candidate presentation. You must be goal oriented and able to multitask with the ability to finish projects.

Compensation: Annual base salary $55,000 - 65,000 plus an additional $50,000+ in commissions at plan.
