Position: Business Analyst (Telecom & Billing System)
Replacement Position
Need to have strong experience on Telecom & Billing System
Responsibilities:
* 6+ years of experience in business process analysis/modeling, business requirements gathering, database design and development of Web Based, and Client/Server applications.
* Gather and document business requirements for existing and future business systems.
* Capture requirements for billing enhancements.
* Functional role with a strong technical background
* Strong experience in gathering Functional requirements
* Excellent documentation experience, with the ability / experience working on complex systems
* Strong communication skills essential, heavy telephone communications required as most clients are based off site.
* Demonstrate ability to work well independently, with a proactive self-motivated attitude
* Technical background is strongly desired, such as in development.
* Solid understanding of SDLC
* Communications background preferred, to include phone (landline / wireless), data
* Proficient in MS Suite and Visio
* Ability to extract relevant information from a complex where documentation is not always organized
* Able to interface and communicate effectively with business owners and technical teams.
* Demonstrated experience in taking multiple projects through completion
* Ability to produce flow diagrams and document within database
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Duration: 3 months plus contract
