Spectra Labs is currently seeking a Billing AR Rep (Client) to Provide support to the Billing and Collections department.
* Charge entry for all employee, studies, micro, Mexico and reference lab requisitions.
* Enter transactions for Stat labs.
* Investigate problems relating to Stat lab transaction.
* Assist with the preparation and mailing of monthly invoices.
* Filing all monthly invoices.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum two years of billing experience in a healthcare field preferable.
Requirements: Basic knowledge of business machines (i.e. computer, calculator, copier, fax, printers, etc.). Must have basic office skills (i.e. filing, communication, etc.).
