OPPORTUNITY:
We have an immediate need for an Accountant experienced with setting up and using Peachtree. Job involves migration of the current accounting system to Peachtree, creations of reports, and data input.
Peachtree will need to be set up based on existing accounting program. The task will include but not limited to the following:
System setup: Chart of Accounts and sub-accounts ; inventory item and product lines; vendor and customer file, accounts receivable and accounts payable; sales order and purchase order, tax, General Ledger reports, etc.
Data migration: Input transactions from current accounting system, verify balance, and create customized reports.
Other related-accounting tasks as required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Extensive knowledge of the Peachtree accounting software
Hands on experience in setting up Peachtree as an employee or for clients
EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE
• Degree in Accounting preferred
• Has exposure to all aspects of accounting and be familiar with inventory management for manufacturing
START: A.S.A.P.
TIMEFRAME: One week (40 hours) - Temporary Hire position
SCHEDULE: M-F, 9:00AM-6PM (40 hours per week)
