Look for people with 6+yrs in Business Analysis and strong healthcare background especially on the provider side, The project is basically with a healthcare product development firm, here we are developing a clinical application based on EMR/EHR (Electronic Medical/Health Record) systems, which will be on a Practice management module and will be frequently used by the doctors and nurses for various health record purposes. 100% of the development work is done in our offshore development center here in Bangalore, and being a BA this candidate has to closely work with the offshore team in India. Hence, look for candidates who has an exposure to onsite-offshore model in an agile environment.
Title: Sr. Business Analyst - Healthcare

Resource type: 12 -months Contract
Rate: monthly rate(No Hourly rate)
Typical duties will include:
- The skill sets required will be as below
- Should have very strong healthcare Business Analysis experience
- Should have very strong Clinical side skills experience and Long term care experience preferable
- Good exposure to clinical application projects - EMR/EHR module enhancements such as CPOE, Practice Management Systems is a must
- Should have completed at least two SDLC's for any of the above applications in the past...should have good knowledge of SQL
- Should be Very strong in requirement gathering and analysis and documenting them in the form of use cases/user stories.
- Exposure to tools like Enterprise Architect / Visio for creating Models is a definite plus (I would say must have)
Job Description:
- Should interact with business stakeholders to gather/elaborate and document the requirements
- Should create use case models / user stories and should be able to elaborate them without any ambiguity.
- Should take ownership on requirement management completely and coordinate with the On-site PM to identify and escalate on any scope changes.
- Should have excellent communication skills and should be the sole point of contact for the Tech team for any clarifications
- Should coordinate well with the offshore BA and ensure that the Dev Team offshore is in sync with the BA team (on-site + Offshore)
