POSITION DESCRIPTION (Rec: 5103):
This position will be responsible for administering, maintaining and providing general oversight of employee training using the company´s Learning Management System (LMS). This position will also be responsible for working cooperatively with managers to develop Quality Training for employees and ensuring appropriate on-boarding and orientation of new staff to the organization. Additionally, this position will coordinate efforts to create and update educational materials and web-base learning courses.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities include:
* Manage the Learning Management System
* Coordinate the training program to ensure compliance with the QSR, ISO, and company policies.
* Identify training needs and opportunities and work with subject matter experts to develop and promote Quality Training.
* Provide oversight for Quality Training and monitor effectiveness
*Audit training record to ensure compliance with the corporate training program, ISO and federal regulations
*Report on the status of training to Management
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Competencies should include:
*Demostrated senior level training background
*Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively internally and across multiple sites
*Excellent facilitation and planning skills
*Knowledgeable of QSR and ISO 13485 training requirements preferred
*Bachelor´s degree required, along with 5-7 years of applicable experience.
