Baker & Taylor an industry leader has immediate permanent part time merchandising specialist positions for weekly store visits. In this part time role you will be responsible for maintaining on floor stock levels and planogram integrity, conducting display resets, building displays, placing price signage and point of purchase materials, and collecting and reporting detailed product and stock information in the book and entertainment categories. Previous experience with a scanner is helpful. Weekly hours per store are generally 3-5. Hourly rate are $10-$12 depending on experience plus travel time between stores. 24/7 computer access for on line reporting.
Strong computer skills utilizing the internet, email and Microsoft office suite.
Flexible and able to work Monday-Friday daytime schedule.
Access to relaible transportation to travel within your territory.
Maintain a valid drivers license and car insurance with state required minimum coverage.
