Senior IPT/Network Engineer
· Broad experience in troubleshooting issues with the following is a must:
o Cisco Unified Communications Manager 5.x and above.
o Cisco Unity
o Cisco Voice Gateways / Gatekeepers
· Candidate must have a basic knowledge in troubleshooting the following:
o Cisco UCS Platform
o Cisco Router and Switch methodologies
o Cisco Wireless Networks
o Cisco Security Products (ASA / MARS etc)
· Ability to work with little direction
· Ability to work weekends and non-normal business hours
· Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple issues simultaneously
· Ability to work well within a team
Knowledge and/or Skill Requirements:
· Strong technical, client and customer relations skills
· Strong problem management skills
· Minimum 3 Years experience required with troubleshooting
o Cisco CallManager 5.x and above, Unity and Voice Gateways / Gatekeepers
· Minimum 1 Year experience preferred with troubleshooting
o Cisco routing and switching protocols (IOS Based)
o Cisco Wireless technology
o Cisco security devices and protocols
· Knowledge of the following is a plus.
o Cisco Presence / Telepresence
o Cisco Meetingplace and Meetingplace Express
o VM Ware
Education:
· College degree in Engineering or similar discipline desired but not required. Expert level experience may be substituted for a college degree.
· CCVP, CCSP, CCNP, CCIE preferred
