As part of Crimson Digital Marketing practice, our firm is recruiting a Senior Manager of Social Media to work with our internal team to drive and implement social media strategy and best practices across a variety of social media projects for our enterprise level clients. This role will be responsible for all aspects related to setting up, implementing, optimizing and monitoring the delivery of advertising campaigns on multiple social platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more. The role requires the ability to identify, evaluate, and communicate advertising data in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities will included but will not be limited to:
•Implementing social media strategy and best practices across various platforms and social communities (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Youtube, Pinterest, Instagram, Reddit, etc.)
•Develop strategy and create tactical action plans across multiply platforms and communities
•Work with a cross function teams who are driving social media initiatives across all our brands
•Own the acquisition of fans and followers on different social channels through paid and organic programs
•Project manage video creation for amplification and distribution across multiply platforms
•Collection analysis and creating of metrics reporting decks across all campaigns and report key findings success best practices and recommendations
•Knowledge and experience reporting KPI and attempt to show ROI
•Identify opportunities, trends and features in the social media space and be able to advise solutions to impromptu client questions
•Establish, track and assure adherence to budgets, forecasting, launch schedules, campaign and marketing objectives
•Experience managing social media ads for Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter in addition to experience with social media buys on the following platforms: Youtube, Reddit, Google, Twitter, stumbleUpon
•Develop QA and manage editorial calendar for all social networks
•Creation analysis and optimization of ad inventory and targeting
MUST HAVE:
•5+ years of digital marketing experience working for a high tech company or agency
•3+ years of demonstrated experience working with social media, in a client facing role (be prepared to share your work)
•Knowledge and understanding of social media platforms/technologies, (including Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Linkedin, Google+, etc.) and how they can be used in different scenarios
•Experience growing and fostering Blog, Twitter and Facebook communities
•Understanding of online ad campaign metrics and analysis including; CPM, CPC, and CTR as well as an ability to compile and analyze performance data and metrics
•Degree in marketing or related field
STRONGLY PREFER:
•Highly innovative individual with strong business acumen with proven track record of identifying, testing and launching new social programs
•Experience running, measuring and optimizing paid programs on Facebook, using their latest ad products and on Twitter, using promoted products
Duration: 3+ months, (part to full-time)
Location: Peninsula, (some off-site flexibility)
