The Director of Customer Marketing is responsible for driving customer engagement and advocacy in support of new business acquisition as well as customer retention and growth.

The Director of Customer Marketing works closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success organizations to design and implement a post-sales experience that delights our customers and drives long-lasting and mutually beneficial relationships. Key responsibilities:
- Management of the Saba customer advocate program, including sourcing new advocates, creating mutually beneficial customer relationships, and fulfilling reference requests across Sales and Marketing
- Development and execution of customer engagement programs, ongoing customer communication, and targeted install base campaigns that result in higher customer retention and cross-selling and upselling
- Creation of executive marketing programs to foster closer relationships with senior level executives within our customer base
- Management of the customer experience at key Saba events, including our annual @Work Summit, regional user group meetings, and industry conferences
- Close collaboration with corporate communications to make our customers, and the HR and Learning leaders who work there, heroes through PR, speaking opportunities, and awards
- Creation and refinement of customer marketing processes and deliverables, including customer case studies, customer videos, customer testimonials, infographics, eBooks, and white papers, to ensure programs can scale and to maximize the effectiveness and quality of assets created
- Management of customer advisory boards and other customer advocate meetings

Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is seeking a long-term Email Marketing Specialist for an assignment with one of our technology clients in Palo Alto, CA.

The Email Marketing Specialist will be responsible for email creation, campaign set-up, and general marketing support using Eloqua. The primary goal of the programs is to generate leads for our clients' Sales team and increase company revenue.

The Email Marketing Specialist must have advanced level expertise with at least one enterprise level marketing automation tool (preferably Eloqua) and experience creating, designing and implementing multiple/concurrent email demand generation campaigns.
The Specialist must be a solid HTML user, with hands on capabilities in segmenting lists, cleansing data, building landing pages and forms.
Must have an understanding of how HTML affects emails and displays on various web platforms.
The ideal consultant is someone looking for a long term workplace/"home," who is interested in potentially converting to a full time/permanent employee of our client.
Seeking a positive, results driven self-manager, capable of handling a high volume workload.
Must have the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines with minimal direction and get stuff done!

Specific responsibilities:
Using content created by other team members, create, design and implement demand generation email campaigns in Eloqua.

Campaign management responsibilities include:
contact/list management, email design, scheduling emails at specific times/ dates, creating triggered campaigns, conducting A/B split testing, ensuring quality control/ensuring the right values are assigned, tracking and reporting
Serve as "hands-on" marketing automation resource for marketing campaign requests
Work with team to review program requirements and identify areas of optimization
Roll up campaign metrics on an ongoing basis; update teams on performance of marketing campaigns and programs

Skills:
3-5 years' experience creating, designing and implementing demand generation email programs, preferably in Eloqua (Marketo or similar marketing automation tool)
Ability to manage 10 to 100 simultaneous email campaigns
Hands-on knowledge of HTML (required), JavaScript (preferred but not required); working knowledge of web servers/technology, streaming media and the integration between these and Eloqua (Marketo or similar).

Must have the ability to write and manipulate HTML code, test and optimize if needed

Capable of handling a high volume workload and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Ability to apply creative thinking and sound reasoning, and to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and function as a strong team player; meticulous, detail and results oriented
Positive attitude and desire to grow within an emerging organization
BA in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing or related field strongly preferred

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform timely and satisfactory resolution of customer requests.

The Global Analyst Relations Manager, Verticals will be responsible for driving an industry-leading Verticals Analyst Relations program for the Retail (including some Sports & Entertainment) and Financial Services (primarily Retail Banking) industries.

The successful candidate will work closely with key internal and external stakeholders to develop and deliver programs that maximize influencer and customer awareness, consideration and recommendation of the client���s Verticals strategy, products and services globally. He/she will be responsible for developing high ROI outreach programs focused on strategic engagement with the industry analyst community across the globe along with continued evolution of programs to meet demands of internal and external clients. He/she is also expected to act as a key strategic advisor to the client���s business, driving valuable insight, guidance and feedback back into the business to help inform strategy, business and marketing decisions.

Comfortable at the executive level, this individual will work closely with communications and business peers to drive strategy and messaging. A solid understanding of business fundamentals and technology is essential.

Specific responsibilities include:
- Deep knowledge of analyst community globally, able to assess influence, tier and priority; Develops strong relationships with the key influencers
- Key strategic advisor to executives and business partners; ability to bring insight and feedback into the business to help inform strategies and decisions
- Full understanding of business priorities, competitive, regulatory, GTM issues etc, and the ability to clearly articulate these with key stakeholders and audiences and develop strategies for driving priorities
- Development and management of a Verticals AR plan that supports the business priorities and aligns to the strategic company initiatives
- Ability and willingness to serve as a content expert and spokesperson when working with key stakeholders, both internally and externally
- Collaborates globally with AR managers in the theaters and other business areas to drive coordinated plans and strategies
- Collaborates closely with other Corp Comm partners to drive integrated plans and strategies
- Responsible for developing a strong bench of spokespeople across the technology areas and developing a strategy for applying the right people in the right places
- Ongoing communication and measurement of programs
- Drives and reinforces best practices, processes and procedures.

Ideal candidate will have strong industry analyst relations background with solid analytical skills, as well as experience that demonstrates sound judgment and good instincts. The candidate must have experience in the technology industry and be comfortable engaging in content-rich discussions around technology and business. Candidate will manage multiple long-term and short-term initiatives simultaneously, and must possess outstanding organizational, follow up, prioritization, communications and leadership skills. This position requires excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate across and within organizations. Typically requires BA/BS or equivalent plus 5+ years related experience.
