Position Function and Responsibilities:
B2C Marketing Manager focused on eCommerce partnerships monetization strategy & execution.

Looking for an individual with deep consumer ecommerce acquisition and analytics experience and can come up with new and fresh ideas to monetize customer base. This includes but is not limited to:
- Manage Partner Accounts:
Responsible for revenue and customer acquisition, conversion and retention targets for each partner account through online B2C marketing programs
- Identify/implement new marketing strategies/tactics that will drive increased conversions and retention
- Develop online/offline marketing strategies, gather program requirements, create requirements document and launch campaigns
- Gather & analyze data from online programs to optimize programs through the customer lifecycle
- Comfortable presenting programs highlights and data analytics to top executives internally & externally
- Sales support in crafting presentations and finance in bookings forecasting
- Measure and analyze all marketing programs and incorporate key learnings into future iterations to further drive growth and retention
- Develops and manages marketing tests and new programs.

Profile - Requirements
- 5+ years Knowledge of eCommerce tools in driving cart optimization/monetization
- Experience in managing/implementing new/cutting edge eCommerce marketing tactics to drive revenue
- Knowledge of multi-channel distribution models and GTM channels (e.g. eCommerce, Social, Retail, etc)
- Demonstrated ability to identify/create programs that increase revenue and generate customer acquisition, conversion and retention
- Strong analytical skills is key; deep knowledge/experience in forecasting and modeling and the ability to dive into the numbers and is extremely comfortable with excel (i.e. pivot tables et al) to quickly/efficiently analyze data
- Go-to-Market management and development: Knowledgeable in online marketing techniques (mobile experience a plus)
- Project Management experience: Highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to multitask
- Experience in developing business requirements and working with cross functional teams to execute
- Enthusiastic and passionate about learning about web/online marketing
- Has a can-do attitude and not afraid of offering up unique approaches to problem solving - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work independently as well as within a team
