[KITlist] ANALYST RELATIONS MANAGER - VERTICALS (SF Bay Area, CA)

The Global Analyst Relations Manager, Verticals will be responsible for driving an industry-leading Verticals Analyst Relations program for the Retail (including some Sports & Entertainment) and Financial Services (primarily Retail Banking) industries.

The successful candidate will work closely with key internal and external stakeholders to develop and deliver programs that maximize influencer and customer awareness, consideration and recommendation of the client���s Verticals strategy, products and services globally. He/she will be responsible for developing high ROI outreach programs focused on strategic engagement with the industry analyst community across the globe along with continued evolution of programs to meet demands of internal and external clients. He/she is also expected to act as a key strategic advisor to the client���s business, driving valuable insight, guidance and feedback back into the business to help inform strategy, business and marketing decisions.

Comfortable at the executive level, this individual will work closely with communications and business peers to drive strategy and messaging. A solid understanding of business fundamentals and technology is essential.

Specific responsibilities include:
- Deep knowledge of analyst community globally, able to assess influence, tier and priority; Develops strong relationships with the key influencers
- Key strategic advisor to executives and business partners; ability to bring insight and feedback into the business to help inform strategies and decisions
- Full understanding of business priorities, competitive, regulatory, GTM issues etc, and the ability to clearly articulate these with key stakeholders and audiences and develop strategies for driving priorities
- Development and management of a Verticals AR plan that supports the business priorities and aligns to the strategic company initiatives
- Ability and willingness to serve as a content expert and spokesperson when working with key stakeholders, both internally and externally
- Collaborates globally with AR managers in the theaters and other business areas to drive coordinated plans and strategies
- Collaborates closely with other Corp Comm partners to drive integrated plans and strategies
- Responsible for developing a strong bench of spokespeople across the technology areas and developing a strategy for applying the right people in the right places
- Ongoing communication and measurement of programs
- Drives and reinforces best practices, processes and procedures.

Ideal candidate will have strong industry analyst relations background with solid analytical skills, as well as experience that demonstrates sound judgment and good instincts. The candidate must have experience in the technology industry and be comfortable engaging in content-rich discussions around technology and business. Candidate will manage multiple long-term and short-term initiatives simultaneously, and must possess outstanding organizational, follow up, prioritization, communications and leadership skills. This position requires excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate across and within organizations. Typically requires BA/BS or equivalent plus 5+ years related experience.
