Over the past 4 years McAfee has made a significant investment in advancing it channel strategy and brand, recently moving up six spots to 19 on CRN's list of the Top 25 Companies to Partner. Instrumental to achieving its strategy of transforming its partner engagements to drive relevancy and mutual profitability, McAfee must create integrated marketing campaigns to accelerate awareness and create demand. As a result, McAfee is looking for an integrated marketing professional to build and support multi-tiered, global campaigns.
Job Responsibilities
The Integrated Marketing Manager is a new role at McAfee, requiring a savvy marketing and communications expert with proven experience to build integrated marketing campaigns.
This leader will be responsible for working collaboratively with McAfee's Product and Solutions Marketing as well as Theater Marketing leaders to support, the demand creation programs and marketing plays as well as the sales and channels kits of an integrated marketing campaign.
Specifically:
� Support an integrated marketing campaign plan that includes lead generation programs, campaign enablement, success stories, partner webcast series, marketing plays/offers as well as sales and channels kits.
� Develop BrightTalk channel plan and execution of ongoing webcast series marketing Solutions, Marketing Enablement and Sales Enablement.
� Be a channels advocate within the Product and Solutions marketing organization so that campaign assets are aligned to channel priorities and can be co-branded.
� Create innovative demand generation programs and tools to support McAfee's channels growth objectives.
� Develop effective demand generation materials.
� Educate and enable field and partners on the integrated campaign efforts including all communications and promotions of programs.
� Develop a process for measuring and tracking the effectiveness of an integrated marketing campaign.
� Communicate to executive leaders the effectiveness of McAfee's integrated marketing campaigns.
� Manage Partner Portal Web site structure and updates with the McAfee web team to ensure availability and promotions are aligned.
Experience Required:
� 5-8 years of channel or field marketing experience, with at least 5 years in security industry and 2 focused on demand generation
� BA/BS in Marketing or related field
� Possess solid understanding of security market and technology
