The Contractor must have, at a minimum, the following experience:
20 or more years of experience providing consulting and information technology support services.
Responsibilities
Service Tasks Contractor will perform the following tasks:
Provide Internet hosting services for the Department of Health’s After Action Report Management System (AARMS) application which is currently built in Sequel, and is less than 20 MB in size and has 100 current users.
Provide all server hardware and system software for this application.
Unlimited bandwidth
Unlimited Disk Space
Provide Virtual Hosting services with a Windows Hosting web server
Website Control Panel
Site Statistics on utilization and duration of user visits to AARMS website.
Provide hourly backup of all AARMS data
Provide Geographic Hot Site Failover
Provide backup storage onsite
Provide the restoration of AARMS website and all associated data within 30 calendar days (Priority 3, Business Unit Priority.)
Accommodate the existing 100 AARMS users, as well as the anticipated 150 additional users within the next 12 months.
Web-based email access for all users.
Mail filtering
Spam Filters
File manager
Script library
File Transfer Protocol (FTP) Manager
Unlimited FTP accounts
Support .Net, Crystal Reports, MS Word, Excel, Adobe PDF technologies
