Monarch Services (Formerly Women's Crisis Support-Defensa de Mujeres) is looking for a licensed bilingual therapist (LCSW,LMFT) to provide counseling to children survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault for fiscal year 2014/2015.
About Monarch Services Monarch Services is a local non-profit organization whose mission is to end domestic violence and sexual assault by providing intervention and prevention services in a culturally-sensitive way. Monarch Services has assisted thousands of survivors of domestic and/or sexual violence and trafficking with its crisis, counseling, advocacy, legal and shelter services and hundreds of families with its prevention services. The organization has two offices. One office is located in Watsonville, one in Santa Cruz and a Shelter in a confidential location.
Scope of Work
Provide individual counseling in English or Spanish to children survivors of domestic violence and/or sexual assault in a trauma informed manner.
Work closely with Monarch Services staff including Crisis Intervention Advocates, Youth Support Specialists and Shelter advocates to provide case management and coordinated services.
Response Specification
Each application must include: Name, license number, business address, phone number, email address. 5 years or more clinical experience working with sexual assault survivors and other types of trauma, such as domestic violence, human trafficking, etc., or related experience. Three professional references. Identify the proposed fees/billing rate, estimated hours, and payment schedule for the annual contract period. Proposal submissions must reach Monarch Services office no later than September 2, 2014, 5:00pm.
