Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is a managed consulting services firm targeting client organizations that are responsible for Marketing, Events and Communications. We are seeking an Account Manager to support one of our established Tier I technology accounts. The Account Manager will be responsible for supporting the existing client base and managing active consultants placed with those clients. Working closely with the Account Director, the Account Manager will support development of account plan(s) and drive programs to strengthen client relationships. As new opportunities arise, the Account Manager will create project specifications, interview, present and manage the consultant selection process and manage the consultants and process to ensure assignment delivery and client satisfaction. This role will also track to account penetration and client revenue targets
Specific responsibilities:
� Work with Account Director to develop account plan: identify growth areas within account Manage active consultants currently placed with client: status reports, 1:1 meetings, guidance and mentoring
Drive finance necessities for active consultants: development of statement of work (SOW), tracking purchase order (PO), approving travel budgets, reviewing/approving expense reports
Manage internal finance tracking with Account Coordinator and Finance Manager Identify/respond to new opportunities within account
Manage the consultant selection process: outline requirements, engage talent selection team, interview candidates, profile candidates to client, manage client interview schedule and client feedback
Drive onboarding of new consultants: provide input for offer letters, submit information to client for consultant access, ensure all required trainings are completed
Skills:
-6-7 years of knowledge and experience with various marketing functions within an enterprise organization (e.g. marketing communications, event marketing, demand generation, field marketing, executive communications)
-An ability to create, manage, and deepen customer and consultant relationships through consistent connection and problem solving
-Must have good relational soft skills and diplomacy for managing expectations and mentoring clients and consultants through changing business priorities
-Professional savvy with broad business and management knowledge and experience
We are looking for a problem solver who responds creatively to challenges and is able to encourage others to identify possible solutions
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-A solid familiarity with online business applications and the Microsoft Office Suite
-Service-oriented working style, ability to build and maintain relationships
-BS in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field is required
RATE: D.O.E., as W-2 employee of Crawford Group; benefits available
LOCATION: Onsite in Campbell, CA.
