KSAs
· Ability to prepare detailed Cost Benefit Analysis for large-scale, enterprise-wide system.
· Ability to prepare detailed Project Estimates for a large-scale, enterprise wide system.
· Ability to research current-day applications and identify the total cost of ownership of the applications.
· Ability to identify potential technology options for modernization of the FM Suite.
· Ability to provide weekly (or as-needed) briefings to Executive Management and/or Budget Office Staff on the progress of the Schedule IV-B.
· Knowledge of basic project management methodology and tools, including scheduling, status reports, budgets, and cost estimates.
· Knowledge of the State of Florida Legislative Budget Request process.
· Knowledge of State of Florida FLAIR System.
· Knowledge of the Florida Department of Transportation’s Work Program Development Process.
· Knowledge of the current ERP/COTS offerings in the areas of Cost Accounting, Financial Planning, Contract Management, Cash Flow Projections and Transportation Project (Work Program) Management.
Preferred KSAs
· Experience working on other State’s Transportation information technology projects
· Experience working on financial and/or project management projects
