Accountants wanted: Will work with clients to prepare financial statements, prepare and remit multi-state sales tax, enter accounts payable, accounts receivable, process payroll, enter debit card charges, manage source documents.
You will communicate with the client each week about the progress of their file and be their key contact. This is a demanding position that requires handling multiple clients. You must be able to switch from project to project while maintaining speed and accuracy. This also requires incredible tact, poise and skillful communication; especially when engaging with our clients about their confidential and urgent financial matters.
Skills
Must have current QuickBooks experience
- QuickBooks Pro Advisor preferred.

� Detail-oriented, able to multi-task, self-motivated
� Be able to handle 20 clients in different industries
� Exposure in Consulting Environment
� Tons of Data Entry - Daily entries into client files
� Sales Tax in multiple cities and states
� Inventory Management
� Tax Prep experience is a plus
� Non Profit Accounting
� Cost Accounting and Inventory
� Project cash flow requirements and annual budgets
� MS Office, Email, and ability to learn new software easily and quickly � A/R, A/P, General Ledger, journal entries and bank & credit card reconciliations
� GAAP, Basic accounting principles a must
� Be a mentor to our clients, be able to give direction and back up recommendations with sources
� Weekly and Monthly Reports - Be able to work directly with clients to resolve outstanding issues
� Financial Reports - Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss, Budgets and Cash Flow
� Managerial Accounting - Help our clients understand how to be more profitable with the data in their file
� Work Directly with tax preparers and CPA's
� Payroll using QuickBooks, Zen and other providers
