Fueled by our recent funding round, the leader in enterprise work collaboration is looking for a VP Product Marketing to develop and execute Clarizen's global product marketing strategy. We're looking for a passionate, hands-on leader, with proven success managing enterprise-grade solutions and packaging them for targeted market segments and personas. If you're a born storyteller with strong communication skills and gifted at crafting simple, compelling, quantitative arguments, we want to hear from you. You'll work with amazing teammates in sales, customer success, product development and marketing to make a material impact on Clarizen's growth.

Our ideal candidate is metrics-oriented, attentive to details, focused on greatness and an inspirational visionary.

You will:
- Develop and maintain a powerful messaging platform that will create market differentiation
- Lead sales enablement efforts to develop tools for the global sales team and partners as they engage customers and prospects
- Manage all competitive analyses, including competitive strategies, differentiated positioning and product functionality
- Know our customers, segments and market and share this knowledge across Clarizen
- Drive pricing and packaging strategy with product team
- Create vision and strategy for product launches
- Serve as the product and persona expert for sales, corporate marketing and demand generation
- Partner with product management to help drive future product direction based on field and market research
- Present our value proposition to key prospects to support sales initiatives
- Build a strong, high-performance team of product marketers

Skills/Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in product marketing for software companies, with an additional 2-3+ years of experience at an enterprise cloud/SaaS company
- Proven track record of success leading teams in a senior management role
- Experience analyzing product data, customer insights, market dynamics and opportunities, and developing positioning to capitalize on them
- Exceptional, creative communication skills, with strong visual aesthetic
- Extensive experience in to developing and delivering slide presentations and demos
- Proven success in partnering with sales and product management teams
- Ability to serve as an evangelist to enterprise customers and prospects, as well as to analysts and the press
- Ability to adapt messages for different audiences and continue to drive results in a fast-changing environment
- Results-oriented, fast-paced and high-execution, with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time, domestically and internationally

Education: - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required, MBA preferred
