Sr Human Resources Mgr position (Bilingual German pref) for MHP, A Porsche Co- Atlanta Georgia(North Atlanta)
Tasks:
- Execution of recruiting process: develop the sourcing strategy
(including but not limited to proactive networking, resume mining,
career fairs and networking events, etc.); review and prescreen
candidate profiles; interviewing candidates to attract, evaluate, develop
and pre-qualify candidates
- Execution of Talent Relationship Management
- Identification, implementation and continuous improvement of
opportunities to simplify, standardize and/or automate HR
procedures/processes focused on recruitment, administration,
integration and career development
- Cooperation with corporate HR to effectively perform various human
resources policies and procedures
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with all levels of employees
- Provides training and development solutions
Requirements:
- BA degree or equivalent required in Business Administration, Human
Resources, Industrial Relations, or other
- At least 5 years of prior experience in HR with minimum 3 years focus
on recruitment processes and hiring best practices, HR certifications
preferred
- Detailed knowledge of state and federal employment laws and
regulations
- Knowledgeable of shared services resources, benefits programs
- Accomplished creative and outstanding written and v
- Strong organizational skills
- Fluent in English (German is a plus)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel Outlook and PowerPoint
- Eligibility to work in the US
