Marketing Operations Manager (Santa Clara, CA)
We are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager for small, fast growing high tech company based in Santa Clara, CA. The Marketing Operations Manager will be responsible for working with the client's Marketo system to support global marketing efforts with email campaigns, landing page configuration, data imports and reporting efforts.
This is a 40 hours per week; 4 month contract (to possibly FTE role) onsite role at the client's offices in Santa Clara, CA. This is a w-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions' employee, benefits are offered.
Responsibilities:
• Efficiently manage our marketing automation system (Marketo)
• Configure and schedule email programs, and build a consolidated flight calendar of outgoing emails across all Marketing departments
• Ensure timely processing of imported data while developing and enforcing standards for data hygiene
• Mine and manage contact database to create segmentations that make targeting customers and prospects more efficient, consistent, and granular
• Configure marketing activities for web forms, click campaigns, and other automated processes
• Manage creative assets: graphics, email templates, and landing pages, including configuring tokenized templates
• Use both Marketo and Salesforce.com to perform program analysis and generate reports to benchmark the progress and effectiveness of marketing programs
• Manage multiple concurrent programs by setting and communicating priorities
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of hands-on experience with a marketing automation tool (Marketo is highly preferred)
• Experience with Salesforce.com reporting
• High attention to detail and obsessiveness about accuracy and consistency
• Demonstrated ability to work with business stakeholders to understand desired outcomes and to set priorities based on business objectives
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
