Required Qualifications:
a. Must have current Project Management Professional certification
b. Minimum of seven (7) years of project management experience
c. Minimum of five (5) years of experience managing projects in accordance with the Project Management Institute’s standards as presented in A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK Guide)
d. Minimum of three (3) years IT strategy and planning experience
e. Minimum of three (3) years of experience managing application development projects
f. Must communicate effectively verbally and in writing with technical and non-technical staff
g. Must communicate effectively with staff at all levels of the organization
Preferred Qualifications:
a. Experience working with a Project Management Office (PMO)
b. Experience facilitating requirements gathering and JAD sessions
c. Experience managing documentation in SharePoint
d. Previous experience managing projects for the Department of Financial Services’, Division of Information Systems, Project Management Office
e. Experience using Team Foundation Server (TFS)
