Position Summary:

RSF Social Finance seeks to hire a full-time Loan Processing Manager responsible for the effective and efficient management of RSF's loan processing function. This position manages loan pre-approval processing, loan documentation, closing and funding, post-closing, collateral monitoring, and loan file maintenance and imaging. This position supervises a team of 1-2 direct reports.

Qualifications:

Qualified candidates must have a minimum 5 years commercial and real estate loan processing and loan documentation preparation experience in a financial institution (commercial community bank, a CDFI, a credit union), as well as a bachelor's degree with concentration in business administration, accounting, finance or related field; or equivalent relevant experience in a financial institution. Recent experience supporting the Note Department with all loan services strongly preferred. Desirable work experience includes titles such as Loan Processing Manager, Note Department Manager, Loan Operations Manager, and/or Loan Administration Manager. Successful candidates will have a minimum of 5 years experience with loan documentation preparation and management software (LaserPro, Medici, etc.), including product set up and reviews. Qualification as a paralegal or a legal document assistant under California's Business and Professions Code (Sec. 6450) is a plus.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Bachelor's degree with concentration in business administration, accounting, finance or related field; or equivalent relevant experience in a financial institution

• Minimum 5 years commercial and real estate loan processing and loan documentation preparation experience in a financial institution (commercial community bank, a CDFI, a credit union)

• Recent experience supporting the Note Department with all loan services strongly preferred. Desirable work experience includes titles such as Loan Processing Manager, Note Department Manager, Loan Operations Manager, and/or Loan Administration Manager.
